What is CBD Oil?

Better known as CBD, Cannabidiol is a popular natural remedy. It is used for many common ailments, such as pain management, to help manage anxiety and to promote general well-being. CBD oil is a chemical compound found in the cannabis plant, Cannabis sativa.

How does B-Calm work?

B-Calm uses CBD isolate oil extracted from the flowers, leaves and stems of cannabis plants, helping to calm the neurological pathways within our pets’ brains that may become over-active, causing stress and anxiety. Unlike full-spectrum CBD products, CBD isolate does not contain any THC. THC is the psychoactive constituent found within the cannabis plant. As the product does not contain THC, it is non-intoxicating and does not create a ‘high’ effect

B-Calm is available in a standard 100ml bottle, or a smaller more convenient 30ml travel-size option. This is ideal if travelling with your dog, as journeys in the car can often be stressful experiences for them.

Several factors cause stress and anxiety for our pets, including boredom, frustration, fear or even simple changes in routine. Other seasonal factors (i.e. bonfire night, new year’s eve, etc.) are known contributors to stress and anxiety.

Apply spray directly to your pet’s bedding and/or immediate surroundings including carpets and soft furnishings to create a calming environment.

We recommend that you apply 3-4 sprays per square metre. You can reapply to the same area up to 3 times per day.

One pump of the spray routinely dispenses 0.125g of solution. This equates to 2.5mg delivery of CBD per spray.

Based on 3-4 sprays, applied 3 times per day, each bottle would last between 3 weeks (30ml) and 11 weeks (100ml).

The product has been specifically designed for pets and is not intended for human use.

If spraying onto fabrics, try a small inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility. Do not apply to treated leather objects, such as sofas.

No, the spray dries rapidly and there is no need to wait any set amount of time.

If ingested in large quantities, lavender can be harmful to cats, however the B-Calm spray is not intended to be ingested and is to be applied to the pet’s bedding and surrounding area. Furthermore, the amount of lavender oil within the formulation is minimal, so even if accidentally ingested, it poses no significant risk to the pet.

Yes, the B-Calm spray is vegan as there is no product of animal origin in the formulation.
